PC fan keeps restarting.. what could possible go wrong?

1. PC was working fine, until it won't boot anymore, even BIOS dli ko kasud (no screen display); I've been pressing DEL to enter Motherboard's BIOS pero wala jd. When I checked my tower; CPU fan and other fans keep restarting every 2-3 seconds.
2. If software related issue lng, I can just install fresh/repair with Windows 10 w/o deleting my files.
3. Motherboard light indicator is ON mn, so I don't think dli motherboard ang problem.


Any ideas mga ka istoryans? Or anyone who also encountered the same issue?

recent lang ka naay gi-usab sa imung system unit? Or bisag gilimpyuhan lng nimu?
or nigamit kah ug conductor pag-cable management nimu?
