If I was advanced, I'd rather work as a freelancer directly closing deals with clients. Most advanced users in the Philippines have gone off to other countries and hang around in advanced cg and webdev forums where they can knock elbows with other advanced artists and developers.

ah i see... well, those whom i know that left the country were not... how do i say this... not so advanced. ^___^ (i love to be in their shoes // high salary // hi standard of living ) but hey... nothing beats working here in ur native land.

well actually if the word "advance" scares you off... then maybe "Decent" will do. Decent designers who makes decent websites... decent video graphics... decent programming. decent enough to win a NWP award. or any decent accolades.

I don't do graphics, by I consider myself advance on the backend.

I think that after seeing your company's work because it is rather impressive, they are a bit intimated by the skill your company requires. Maybe you should give a little more detail on what you actually mean by advance or decent?
