    Cool router to router


    gud day guys!

    i have 2 router unsaon nko ug configure na magamit ug apil ang wireless access point?

    router a - connected to internet
    router b has a wireless access point. and has 2 desktop connected to it.

    im using windows 7.
    giconnect nko ang router b sa router a pru my pc detect 2 network and cannot connect sa internet. gi configure nko ang router b using bridge and indeed naka connect ang akong 2 ka desktop. but ang problema dli sad nko magamit ang wireless access point sa router b. naa mo idea unsaon pag configure ang router b na magamit ug apil ang wireless access point. needed ang wireless for my loptap.

    kung sa belkin router pa kay naa manay 'Use as access point" nga option sa iyang router page....
    then set dayon nimo ang iyang security kung WEP,WPA,WPA2, etc.... unya dili nana xxx.xxx.x.1 ang router B, mhimo nanang xxx.xxx.x.2-254 ....

    router a - linksys
    router b - cdr-king (with wireless access point)

    did you use a crossover cable to connect the router a to router b?

    sudla ang imong router B page.. naa nay Use as Access point...

    btw, kung same device dba crossover man? or iwit lang jud ko sa technology karon? ...hehehehe

    as far as i know basta router you can use either cross or straight, correct me if im wrong..

    try daw nko imo suggestion...

    ang mahitabo if gamit ka straight is imo ra gihimo ang router b as part of the lan of router a maong kaconnect sya through lan. But, dili jud na magamit ang access point.

    Ahh... I get it! buy ko 2morow ug cross cable!
