You might want to wait a little.

A lot of people are expecting Apple to update their Macbook/Macbook Pro Lineup.

Also, the Vaio CW is 14" @ 5.4 lbs
while the Macbook Pro is 13.3" @ 4.5 lbs

They are not directly in the same class in terms of the refinement and overall impression of quality.

A more comparable model from Sony would be the VAIO SR... but that is due for a refresh as well.


I suggest you wait until the new Macbook Pro and Vaio SR Come out then, you can make a better decision on which one to get.

the specs have it..

the vaio of ur choice is generation ahead of that macpro.

the only disadvantage i see with vaio ( as most wintel |amdtel laptop ) the software bundle..
hopefully, u wont have the 60day trial office suite | antivirus suite..or or u pay for the software bundle

that i believe is not with MAC..or enlighten me.

hardware-wise, go for sony pero if you want the best of both (master of none ), get the macbook and install boot camp for your Windows operating system
