hello everyone! i got some calls from some of you regarding the lot. I will just write down here the answers to some of the questions raised:
1) Can someone who is not a resident of Labangon purchase the lot?
Yes you can. According to the president of the association, all you have to do is go to Comelec and inform them that you are transferring to Labangon para maka avail ka sa lot.
2) Pwede dili married ang mupalit?
Yes pwede ra pud. Ang important lang daw is working ka kay para ma establish nga makabayad ka sa monthly amortization sa lot.
3) Pwede na makapatukod sa balay once nakahatag na ta sa partial payment?
According to the president sa association, di pa daw for now kay gahuwat pa ang lot owner sa payment from Cebu City government since the lots are patially subsidized sa Cebu City kay para man cya sa Urban Poor. Once payment has been done and na survey na ang lot (kay not all lots na survey na), pwede na makapatukod sa balay.
4) Does the 32 and 35 sq. meter lots include road allocation?
No. Ang 32 and 35 sq. meter lots kay para jud na sa imong balay nga ipatukod. Naa nay pila ka meters nga naka-allocate para sa road.
5) How many lots are subdivided sa subdivision?
A total of 65 lots cya with cuts ranging from 32 sq. meters to to 55sq. meters per lot.
6) Can we buy 2 lots nya isa lang ang owner?
No. Strictly one lot per owner.
7) Asa ang road padung sa subdivision?
Since the area is under barangay Tisa, the association is negotiating with the barangay captain of Labangon nga ang road nga gamiton is sa may Tisa but pwede ra cya agion sa may Arcenas Estate sa Banawa sa Lower Sta. Ana dapit.

The following ang bayranan sa lot owner:
Registration Fee - 100.00
Equity - 10,000.00
Land Survey - 1,750.00
Contribution to HLURB - 100.00
Monthly dues - 50.00
Annual dues - 150.00
Legal Documents - 400.00
