    Default Hard Water

not sure where to post this kind of topic but diri nalang sa siguro sa general...

well, we all know from our early science classes that there are 2 types of water, hard and soft.

i never really cared about it until i really felt the effects of it (using hard water)... ang ako lang basta naay limpyo nga tubig, daug na... apparently, there's more to it than just simply being "tubig".

i think for the most part or Metro Cebu is generally on hard water... kami, naas "wonderful" city of Mandaue...

using hard water is giving me a lot of headaches lately... from uber dry skin, to dirty sinks, and worse, mag puti2x ang labada nga murag gi acid wash ang result... paita... didn't realize hard water can be this bad...

so my million dollar question now, how do you guys deal with hard water from a practical "cebu" standard of living? google is not very helpful, i can't afford to install water softener, and borax is nowhere to be found.
