housing loan project.. where and how???

we have a lot man gud just bought recently 350 sq.m i just want to know kung naa naba nakasuway ug loan ug whole amount jud..we are planning to build a 2M house i spoke to some contractor and they gave me this budget..

im not sure kung pwede ba kaha ni i loan sa pag-ibig the whole amount nga 2M kung naa mo lain idea how and where to loan plz share sad..unsay procedure ani

I've inquired sa Bank 70% raman ila mahatag...amo unta gusto kay kanang maka loan jud mi sa 2M contract price

i think you have to put up something gyud not 100% gyud imo ma loan ana. if you want we can give you a quotation para sa imo house construction. We have a hastle FREE house construction, from permits, to manpower to materials and everything.

pwede ka mag inquire ana sa pag ibig... naa man silay regular seminar for those planning na mag avail sa ilang loan..

as i recall the last time na naka attend ko ug seminar... basta kumpleto ang documents plus the basic needs like the road right of way, drainage, electric ug water... pwede na siya... and also ang style sa releasing sa loan is not on the spot na tagaan ka sa cash.... in short naa gihapon kay i cash out which is they called also as equity... and by percentage of completion ang releasing sa amount. maniguro man pud ang pag ibig na didto nimo i put sa balay ang gi loan nimo.

like any other developer dili na sila mo pa loan ug 100%... sa pag ibig na case naa jud ng equity na ikaw ang muona ug cash out or build sa house...aside from that naa na sila daghang mga requirements needed para sa imohang application.
