I think PCCI is only for dog since its a canine. I think there's a different organization for feline. Regarding sa travel. Try to ask the airline imo sakyan if unsa ila requirements to travel. Naa man gud na mga permits before e travel

thanks bro, any idea asa tah mag kuha ug permit or like PPCI papers for feline i dont have any idea man gud..
