Problems
1. power button broken. you have to McGyver it to get it to turn on. a competent laptop repair guy can prolly repair this in a matter of minutes for less than 1k. i actually did not have it repaired for a reason: security. i like/d being the only one who could turn it on. of course i'll teach whoever buys it how to turn it on.
2. battery doesn't hold much of a charge anymore.
Pros
1. RAM is upgraded to 1.5GB
2. Pre-installed with Ubuntu Karmic Koala. (Virgin install + restricted extras + VLC + gnome-do)
Reason For Selling:
1. No longer used. i bought an MSI Wind expecting it to be my "travel" laptop. it proved to be so good that it became my main laptop. kind of sad, really as i really like this laptop
2. I hate to see it go to waste. it's been sitting in my cabinet for a while now.
3. I could use some cash (or a PSP
)
Other Details
1. I can do meetups at SM or Ayala only
2. I would also consider swaps. i'm partial to PSPs, IPods and SE Walkman cellphones
3. Negotiations are very welcome
