I just want to help a friend if mine... whos still looking for a small but cool reception..
Guests around 20 lang... im thinking sa Marco Polo but i think its too expensive..
need some suggestions pls...

Always love beach receptions.... white tents with wooden tables and chairs ... little candle lights and drinks flowing .... sound of waves in the backround... smell food from the grill cooking .... with a nice voice of say sitti in the backround... very personal
and its like enjoying your special day with your closest friends

20 guests? You try Rica's, behind Gustavian near Ma. Luisa. It's a resto which can accomodate small group, with classy ambience for a wedding reception, and great food. Cheaper alternatives would be Ching Palace, Grand Majestic, and Pino because these restos have a la carte menus and reception rooms for exclusive use. If transpo is not a problem, try the restos in nivel hills like capriccio, mr. a, and others. I'm not sure if your budget can afford holding the reception in any of the Mactan resorts. Try Cebu Marine Resort, Pacific Cebu Resort, Alta Vista, and EGI...but please evaluate the facilities and food first coz these are not well-rated resorts.
