So usually amo buhaton mu ask nlng mi sa ilang email address og sa ilang SR(Service Reference #) or ilang Account Number then amo sila sendan og softcopy sa ilang SOA through email. but if you have the time then pwede rasad ka mu visit sa any nearest wireless center... hope that helps
