Dili sila mahal, reasonable ra ila tuition. Example is ang San Jose..
1. Naay mga Community Outreach Programs ug nag-adopt ug mga communities like sa Mananga and Gaas, Balamban.
2. with Quality and state-of the art facilities
3. Huge salary rates, (70 percent of the tuition fee of students goes to the pocket of its professors )
4. Daghan kaayo'g cultural and student related activities, either be spiritual and social activities.

My preschool, gradeschool, highschool, and now college have all been catholic institutions.

I wouldn't know how to differentiate the difference between the two from my point of view.

One input I can provide is that in the US, catholic high schools are considered "safe and effective in teacher" compared to public schools. My tuition was quite expensive, but I did learn from highly respected instructors and I felt that I can go to school in the morning and go home knowing that I won't get shot. Many other factors can enlarge tuition fees, but these can be considered the top reasons.

Although, this case isn't the same for all, of course =p.
