i dont know in cebu if naa latest nga release na laptop but if your planning to go abroad better buy there kay mas barato ug kung maswertehan ka pwede pa magpacustomize.kung na ka budget.

i think naa man toshiba service center of sorts. my sis had a toshiba notebook and brought it there coz it died. the center said its hard disk failure. so they will charge p20,000 to have it repaired. so we just bought a notebook hard disk at a computer store and have them install it. cost us just p5000. grabe mo paak ang service center. sa ma ilad ra.
