our unit was bought in January 2007 and has been running properly. we have only been using original HP ink cartridges (CMY #11 (28ml) or #13 (14ml). never been serviced although the warranty has expired by now. with complete cables and manual (not sure i can find the box).

RFS: HP and NGKHAI ran out of ink cartridge stocks last month and we desperately needed a printer so we've just bought a new one.

you can have the unit converted to continuous ink system or buy original cartridges when they are in stock.
