    Accdg to my German friend and he is a doctor, we should eat fruits first before our meal.

    If you eat fruits after your meal, it will ferment kuno so it will make us acidic.

    eating fruits daw before meal can make you slimmer because it will make you feel full so tendency is you'll crave less on heavy carbs and fats

    plus its a positive point to eat em before meal para diet sad!

    1 hrs before the male daw ang sakto nga pagkaon sa fruits dili pud right after ka mo kaon.
    If kabantay mo nga after ka mo kaon kay mo adto dayon ka CR para magdeposit labi na nagkaon ka fruit after nimo ni kaon. mao daw na result.

    ako jud kay at least 2 and a half hours kan-on ang fruit before sa meal.
