i try kuno pag install sa lain pc?
basin may factory defect..

na install na nimo ang driver bro? basin dili na plug and play..

1. try reinstalling first before plugging in the printer to your pc.
2. try another type of usb wire.
3. try another usb socket in your pc, be sure to plug it in your back panel not in the front panel

try sa likod usb port bro, hehe. Kai parehas sa ako webcam, bisan unsaon nako install driver og unsa pana diha ako buhaton bsta atubangan i paslak wa jud, d jud ilahon. Hahaha...test lang. pero daghan pa solution !

akonah giinstall ug una ang driver manga bro nya sa luyo nah nah USB akong gamit pero ala gihapon diba kung imo nah i-install ang driver naa mana mu promp nah plug and turn on you're printer para iyang ma detect?...sa akong case ala jud ni detect nya ang promp rah kay hardware not recognized

hala ngano kaha na, ehehe. Try daw adto support page sa imo printer bro. Sa HP jud ba, basin naa ka parehas dd2. I know d ni sakto nga answer pero mao mani ako buhat bsta wa najuy maka tabang. Hahaha..adto ila support forum.
