1. ki-na-hang-lan na-a kay U-P-S pa-ra kung mag-brown-out di-li ma-pu-tol ang fla-shing kay kung ma-pu-tol kay ma-da-ot ang pc... (kuha ra?) -joke... hehehe...

2. get the bios update from your mobo's manufacturer's site. usually it'll be saved in a disk...

3. then flash it sa dos.

4. but i suggest kung dili guba ang mobo and wala juy "DAKONG" reason toflash... then dont.

Be sure to make a backup of your current BIOS before flashing

if your mobo doesnt have CRASHFree bios feature and you'll get failure sa flashing then that might just kill your motherboard and stopped working... You'll no longer get any display and kadungog lang ka ug totot sa imong cpu.

if your bios has a windows mode flashing kana gamita, most motherboards today already have that feature.. to ensure nothing goes wrong get a UPS kay imong contra ana sa brownout raman gyd

Don't look here on how to flash your specific motherboard.

Try looking in your motherboards Manual or on your Mobos support website.
and also make sure you have the right model and brand of your mobos manual.
