it is fairly easy. you can work at it without reading a manual. but if you really want some kind of tutorial, why not use the help file in vmware? preha raman ni sila sa virtual pc. although i find vmware better.

I'm using both vmware and virtual pc/server.
I had no problem in using vmware (vmserver) on my Linux OS. I used it as a desktop virtualization.
