Hello guys and gals, I'm selling a cheap AT&T Tilt but with a minor issue. Yes, you read it right. There is an issue regarding the signal reception.

When I was using a Globe SIM, I couldn't get any signal with it so I tried Sun. Still nothing. But when I was using a Smart SIM, the signal reception is okay but sometimes fluctuates. When I'm inside the office or in my house I get 1-2 bars of signal reception. But text messages and calls come in with no problems. However, when I'm outside I get a full bar of signal reception.

If you scour XDA-dev, you have the option to install your own radio rom which according to them improves the reception so I installed the best one that works for me. Other than that, the phone works like a charm.

I am selling this for only Php13,000 pesos. This is really cheap due to a minor issue, but come to think of it, this is already a steal!
