    For sure nakabasa na jud mo og ing ani sa Classified Ads:

    NOW HIRING CALL CENTER AGENTS:
    Applicants must have at least 2 years call center experience.
    Must be willing be willing to work during night shifts.
    Applicants must be very fluent and articulate in English.
    Must be a resident of Cebu City.
    Must finish at least 2 years in college.

    -FRESH GRADUATES ARE VERY WELCOME TO APPLY-

    SPREAD THE NEWS AND INVITE A LOT OF FRIENDS TO APPLY AS WELL!!!

    hahay, pwede edit unta nila before posting maka libog, it doesn't make sense.
    fresh grad gani unya what do they expect naa experience diay?!

    Many call centers accept undergraduates (usually sophomore or junior college students) who, upon graduation, will have gained two years of experience already. These are the "fresh and experienced" graduates that the ads are targeting.

    I believe the ad is not "pataka lag pasagad." It makes perfect sense to those who have been gainfully employed already even before they graduated.

    di man tanan nakabalo anah nga info gud bro....so confusing pud bya ni sa kato mga wa kahibaw.....
    dapat gidetalye nalang unta ni pagsulti.....gideretso man gud ug ingon nga fresh grad....

    No problem. I hope my post was able to clear up the confusion re: how a fresh graduate can have two years of work experience already.

    Advertising space is costly and limited. If you need detailed explanation, you're gonna have to ask that from the company posting the ad.

    By the way, I don't work in a call center. I'm just helping some of you folks "connect the dots." Good luck, everybody
