Need help building an HTPC

Soooo, my dad wants to watch movies through the net. He wants an HTPC so he can carry his movies in a flash drive.

Budget is 10-15k. If lesser mas maayo.

Can you please suggest the hardware needed sa bago na mga lcd tv karn?

Ang video card ba kailangan na nindot para mu play ug high definition in compatibility sa dako na LCD tv?

My dad also wants to integrate his 6.1 speakers sa HTPC, do yo still need sound card for that or an onboard sound card will do?

And btw, i already searched google for this. I just want to know your inputs na kanang taga Pinas lang para ang mga hardware parts and accesories would also be available here, and your experience na nakahimo na ani is really much appreciated.

bro, how about a media player? kanang mura rag hard disk enclosure ba that can output audio/video to your lcd.

naka buy ko case sa compushack bro rack mounted na server case 4U ang height sakto kaau sa mobo og psu den kayanon niya upto 8 hard drives

ask lang ko do you still need ug video card para ana? or kaya lang sa motherboard ang on board graphics para maka view ug video?

naka basa ko na naay format ang blu-ray na files. compatible ba gihapon ni sa imo setup bro?

yes, available na ni sa selected stores, (CBX-NRA, PCQuickbuys, APC) but in terms of price medyo higher ni sila sir for it's quality (aluminum) & features. (w/ remote for GD01-MXR)
