Pls Help: No audio / mixer device

I installed and reformat my OS from WIN XP sp2 to sp3 (win xp/vista uwi edition) but suddenly after installation no sound device or mixer....Does anybody know how to fix this..pls help

after ka mag reformat kailangan nimo install ang mga driver ana like sa sound, video, lan.....

already tried but negative man gihapon bro.. onboard raman ni ang audio realtek ang gamit ani sauna sa sp2 karon naka default na ang sound audio devices

more like a software problem. although onboard sound ra na siya, you still need to install your drivers at times, because xp doesn't include all the drivers in the world.

Done installing the compatible drivers for my OS but still the sound and audio devices are still on default mode....... comp techs any tips (tnx).

have you installed the correct driver for the correct chipset..

try daw if basin ang speaker and guba or headfone.

either way if guba jud ang onboard. buy jud ka sound card

Make sure that Windows audio service is started.

check daw bro if nana ba sound software na install sa u mobo...adto ka sa sound devices...

SP3 issue bro I guess try use the windows XP sp2 lang!
