Hi,

We have 2 properties for rent. We prefer long term rent like 5 years:
1) 180 sqm lot in Talamban (ligaya homes subdivision), the lot is along the national road so it's good for business or any commercial use. Monthly rate of 10k.
2) 280 sqm house and lot in talisay inside James Town Subdivision, very near SRP. The house needs to be renovated because it is partially burned. The house\area was used for furniture business before. You can use it as a stock house or bodega or any other business that you can think. Monthly rate of 10k.
