naa ko apartment sa san jose village tisa labangon. very peaceful na lugar and middle-high class people neighbors.

10k negotiable i think, kamo lang negotiate ako parents kay buutan mana cla.

2 rooms, sala, kitchen, cr, laundry area. safe area, no curfew. near chruch, market and tanan nimo kailangan for survival. near pud ug mga mcdo, jollibee, tita gwapa, paayuhan ug celfon and best of all, SIOMAI SA TISA. mga lechon and whatsoever. no prob man pud sa transpo sa labangon coz accessible au and complete tanan rota.
