    Naa baligya house and lot

    P12k per square meter nya its 13,000 plus square meter.... naa nay house 3.5M to 4M (not 800k im sorry my bad) ra baligya sa house.. daku pod...

    Just a family friend lang namo. Direct buyer ilang gipangita.

    Location naa sa Andres diha dapita capitol padung guadalupe.

    daku kaayu nga house pwede ninyo ma tan-aw.....

    Its 3.5M to 4M diay not 800k im sorry kaayu. Prices are negotiable daw. Its really a big house.

    separately sold ni cya? or lot at 12k per sq mtr plus another 4M for the house?

    house and lot na cya bro... di pwede ma separate. 3-4M ang house plus additional pa ka sa lot tag 12k per square meter... kamo lang sabot sa price kay negotiable man daw.
