Title: Camaraderie

i love my job...really its because im enjoying it though there are things in it that i dont enjoy much...like camaraderie...although, i'm able to socialize to some officemates but there are really some whom you just dont enjoy much and whats worst is that there are some who you taught are your friends but are really not...backstabbing is very much popular in any workplace...i dont know but probably there's just too much competition everywhere in the office that people tend to pretend what they are not...aside from that...there's such thing as bullies...it does not only applies to school but probably everywhere...in a workplace its someone who tend to be so vocal, too stubborn, and just too insensitive...have you meet that kind of officemate? well, i always had...in the three companies that i've been...but nah! how to handle them?....uhmmm...well, just ignore them, bullies are just actually insecure people and tend to act that way to cover up their insecurities...psychologically, sometimes they are sick...so dont mind them...

Title: Trust

i've learned that office is also politics and that trusting someone can never be done especially competition is very much tight...its not common that friends do have big fights cause by some unruly competition not only in the office but also in school...i've learned that words do hurt much...it hurts much especially when you knew that they are talking about you...especially when you heard it from someone else rather than the person that is really talking...
