Black Out sa Cebu

I have not read any news update about the black out just happened this 2AM until now where some parts still have no power yet. Cebu, Mandaue and Lapu-lapu and even heard that Leyte is also affected through a text of my friend.

Dili pud ko kasulod sa ka busy sa phone sa VECO. Anyone affected until now? Sa amoa wala pa sad nisiga daw pero ang uban naa na suga. Naa mo balita sa cause?
Ang FB and Twitter pud sa VECO wala may update.

Dear Everyone,

We are now in normal power after a faulty line in the Cebu-Leyte Transmission. We were advised by the Power Provider, VECO that the situations are back to normal and have restored the lines.

The building in the other hand advised refueling today after consuming 10% of their reserve fuel and be ready in any similar event in the future.
