unfortunately, it's a norm for people to be anxious and worried regardless of what walk of life we fit in..
although what you said can be a very good coping mechanism when we feel anxious or worried..
and a good wake up call for compassion and outreach..
daghan man ug nagbuhat ug mga outreach programs sa Africa..
but dili jud enough..in fact..far from it...
unless the world will work as one..especially atong mga naniguro ug pangorakokot..
ug kadtong capable mutabang pero nagpabuta-buta lang.
