Dual Boot Passthrough or Hotkeys?

Hey guys. have a question. Is it possible to have Dual Boot (XP and Vsta) Startup menu Hot key.

It means that when I can select a default OS from a settings menu, that will allow it to just go straight through windows when I startup and not ask me to choose which one to go into when I startup.

But with certain hot keys I can access that menu and choose which OS I want to boot too.

Maybe a dos program needs to be written?

The reason I need to do this is I startup the PC via remote, and it kind defeats the purpose if Have to get a keyboard and choose which OS to run
