i have reset the phone to its factory setting it can be updated to the latest android version: Android 10
last update was May 29 2020 (before it was reset to factory settings)
no scratch on the front screen and rear area of the phone
small scratch on the metal side of the phone barely noticeable
chipped charger wire but still usable and can be replace because of its samsung modular adaptor
the front/rear camera of the phone is working fine.
you can play games with 8gb RAM and 128gb storage all you want.
