IVE tried searching the net... but all they offer are products.. and the basics... i'm under training and assigned to study PABX systems but i havent seen oneyet...

I'm on to focus alcatel... could you help me, especially the omnipcx office...

i believe you already have the equipment. ask for the installation/administration manuals that comes with the system and start from there.

i still dont have the equipment... but im searching the net... especially the alcatel omnipcx office... do u know what its ports are and what is its functions...?
