if you're putting up an i-cafe these days, you might want to buy the licensed version of games and licensed Windows XP to avoid hassles and hiccups in the business, it might be expensive and time consuming but it'll be worth it..(you'll avoid BSA and other agencies)

So the costs might be pretty high and you might settle for a just ok video card.. and minimum specs but I suggest you boost the RAM to 512 MB and limit hard disk space just enough for games (40-60 gb). Sa video card if you're gonna install Warcraft III, HL-2 (CS:SOurce should you want it), then I suggest you get an ATI Radeon x300 but if the budget is really tight an ATI Radeon 9200. Yeah while these are low end video cards, they work pretty well with current games and MMOs (Guild Wars and RF Online included)

The games might cost you as much as the hardware.. Warcraft III and HL-2 or HL:CS check out the pricing sa DataBlitz but you get lesser price if you buy in bulk so be sure to ask them..
