- You can stream movies from your PC via the lan or wifi connection of the PS3
- You can copy movies to a FAT32 formatted flashdrive and play them via the PS3 USB port
- You can use an external FAT32 formatted harddrive.
Please note that the external device must be FAT32 formatted, which means, the size of the movie file can not exceed 4GB!
To play BD rips, you should just stream them from your PC, using a media server like tversity (free) or WMP11.
tnx, ill try it tonight.
