just replace it..

ur mobo's ddr400 capable but ur celeron is just 533FSB ( 133x4 )..making ur memory to run in just 266mhz.

change it with a kingston..or change ur proc into an 800MHz FSB to work in 1:1 ratio with ur memory

u have to provide more info than just that for us to make a sensible advice.

what do u mean by 'power-off', while in the middle of working in ur pc it will just turned off as in totally power off that u have to push the power button to turn ur puter back on? or it will just restart by itself when ur in the middle of something after a while?
