you need to contact the local distributor of that software.
but if naa kay warcraft 3, murag 2:1 ang ratio.
2 computers for 1 copy. kay mao man to sa amigo nko nga tagiya ug cafe sauna.

It is always 1:1 if you buy them retail. No exceptions unless you have a license.

    it depends on the EULA.
para sa 3rd party distributor diri sa Blizzard.. Aventis man tingali ang name, ok ra 2:1. Panahon pajud to sa raid raid.

but most games would be 1:1 jud,
maong.. legit gaming cafes are very expensive and might not be a good idea.
Wa pajud ko kita ug 100% nga legit gaming cafe.

2:1? Did you even read the EULA? None of the current Blizzard games allow 2:1 since they stopped allowing players to let their friends borrow their CD for multiplayer ... which was like what? ... Warcraft 2?

Actually, I've the EULA sa Warcraft III. They will accept 2:1 as long ang ika-duha na copy is backup purposes lang.

If you are in doubt about licensing, maybe you should consult their support staff.

Keywords ... "backup purposes", which means that you can't take that backup and install it on another computer. It is required by US law that users are allowed to make backup copies of their software, it isn't just Blizzard. Like I said, you can't use it anywhere else except on one computer. It that case, it isn't 2:1.
