OPLAN: Baby Girl 1st birthday party

Im running out of choices , but so far, i've chosen a few, since im not really from cebu.

Choices so far:

GrandCon
GoldenPrince hotel and suites
GoldenCowrie lahug
Beverly Hills lahug


---- preferred place kanang with function hall for like 3-4hrs kiddie party, w/ catering services and emcee.
---- expected guest around 50-60 pax
---- possible within cebu city area only
---- budget is like 20k , or around 25k+

In my opinion, I'd choose Grand Con. They have big banquet halls/function rooms and cook/provide good food.
