i don't agree.
i don't think there's such a thing as the right time with the wrong person or the wrong person at the right time. coz for me, if you're with the person you love, the one you think is right for you, then that's the right time.

Hmmm... actually I agree. There are times in our life that we'd want to be just by ourselves. When a person comes and you're busy taking/recuperating yourself, then it's called the wrong time. For me, you choose to love. You choose to be in love. You give a person a chance for a relationship. If you stop that chance, if you don't welcome that chance because of certain reasons, you can. So... you actually have complete control of your life. I don't believe that two people are destined to be together. We choose our destiny. We drive our own life.
