Default post/share your working pfsense box here!

    good day to all!

as the title suggest, hoping someone can post/share your working pfsense box here!
    if possible, include:
    1. hardware: (like proc, mobo, ram, hdd, etc) [include LAN card details as much as possible (kay ma-o ni magdala ug bida]
    2. where it resides: (like on top of vmware/esxi, virtualbox, kvm, or native install)
    3. packages included: (like squid, snort, havp, captive portal, etc)
    4. how many clients is it serving: (like internet cafe of 20units, home server of 10, etc)
    5. other info in relation to pfsense: (like multi-WAN, multi-LAN, etc)
    6. other extra info: (like bragging rights, rants, hardships installing it, etc)

hope that this post can be a good way to trigger something useful for pfsense users for Cebu and/or Philippines.

sadly, I don't have one yet but am planning to have one!

i had this setup years ago with my first company 2008

    if i can remember correctly
    1. on an IBM tower with 5 gigabit LAN cards ( single Intel Xeon, 4GB RAM, 250GB HDD)
    2. the machine is jut pfsense
    3. I cant remember
    4. it served 120 desktops for online ESL
    5. Multi WAN (30Mbps, 15Mbps, and 10Mbps)
    6. took me a month to figure it out, I just graduated and they want me to setup the whole network , I cant use CISCO, I never touched one before,so we look for other options until we saw pfsense on a forum.

    its still working until now

    finally managed to create one!

    specs:
Proc + Mobo: Intel® Desktop Board D2700DC [got this one from a fellow istoryan]
    RAM: 2x 2Gb DDR3 Elpidia SODIMM RAMs [taken from a non-working laptop]
Mini-PCI: atheros wifi lan card [currently installed pero wala pa magamit sa pfsense system]
PCI: dual gigabit intel lan card [the only thing new!]

the PCI dual gigabit intel lan card came from a heavenly istoryan individual who helped me ^_^

current configuration with this is just a native install with pfsense + squid [limiters will come next and captive portal]
hulat pako updates sa dota2 ug crossfire if mu cache ba gyud ila updates via squid!

pfsense server serving less than 10 units as of now.

Spoiler: actual pics (gipa-pilit sa bong2x
