Yes. One hell of an experience. I never thought a company that sells insurance/investments can be this lame. To think theyre allied with metrobank and first metro. Maybe the other two are also lame...
They have, in my opinion, the worst fund managers in the industry. And they have, the worst customer service in the industry. And they have, the worst response time in the industry. And... <expletive deleted>
Once i break even, ill be very happy to get out of axa. But then maybe it will take ANOTHER year for me to break even.
Be sure to know how the funds will make money, the charges and ins/outs before investing.
Don't be lured by past spectacular gains. Use only past performance to gauge the consistency of the fund managers in making money for you. Otherwise, you might make a lot in 1 year and lose it all the following year.
Be aware of what factors affect the funds ie. US recession, politics, security etc.
Learn as much from books and seminars on these funds.

sir Samsia taga IL mnjud ka are you able to know who are the people managing the funds? meaning kad2ngh mga tao nga nag trade sa stocks for us?
Yes, you can have their names. But I believe emphasis should focus more on the company's investment objective and specific investment policies. The fund managers use the objective as a guide when selecting investments for the fund portfolio.Originally Posted by epson
The investment policy describes the means by which a fund will proceed to meet its objectives.
The fund managers may come and go depending on their performance evaluation. Read the different funds' prospectus.
The most important factor in successful investing is TIME. The sooner you get started, the more time your assets will have to accumulate and the greater will be the likelihood of your building a substantial amount of wealth.![]()
