The Hideout is not a public pool /park. It is situated in a residential area. The house & pool was built for the owner’s family use only, but willing to provide selective guests the exclusive usage for their families & friends to enjoy at a reasonable rate upon request. Your cleanliness, decency & up-most respect to our private place is expected. Your stay is a privilege. At all times, kindly abide w/ our house rules.

Price: P2,500.00 for 8 persons 8 hours day use only. Add P450.00/hr.for extension. No extension of hours beyond 9:00p.m. any excess guest will be charged P150/adult & P100/child 5yrs.old above, kids 4 yrs.& below is Free.
Cleanup deposit of P500.00 will be collected upon arrival at the venue.
The cleanup deposit will be refunded after returning the remote control, microphone,washing the utensils & cleaning the mess after use.

Please submit valid ID and contact numbers upon reservation and sign the agreement form for security reasons.

FOR ALL GUESTS:
Upon entering the premises, all guest must login and sign at the guest list. It would mean that each individuals & or representatives/ leader has reviewed & cascaded to his members the house rules & regulations.

*Artificial waterfalls at the pool allowed for only 2 hours.
*Bean shaped Swimming pool depth is 3ft.-6ft.
*Outdoor tables & chairs
*Outdoor grill & Ice cooler
*Gazebo w/ oval dining table for 10 persons
*Sala sets
*40” flat screen TV w/ DVD/Karaoke player & microphone.
*Kitchen utensils plates ,saucers ,bowls ,spoon ,fork ,ladles frying pans &kettles
*Gas range/stove and rice cooker add P250 when cooking
*Water dispenser w/ free 1 container of distilled drinking water any additional will be charged at P50/container.
*FREE Wifi
*FREE use of billiard at the back portion
*Garden area w/ pond at the back for additional space
*BYOP (bring your own provisions) No corkage charge
* Open Parking space


ROOM USAGE: (Optional)
For the convenience of those elderly guests, pregnant women, children who wanted to take a rest , we have an Air-conditioned room provided w/ a pullout bed, pillows, bedding, sofa throw pillows and comfort room. The rental is P500 during the said occasion, it is separate from the pool/venue rentals. No overnight stay allowed.

ITEMS FOR SALE AT THE VENUE:
Bottled water, Soft drinks, Beers, Socially controlled drinks upon request,
Uling, Coffee, salt , shampoo sachets, bath soaps, powder detergents, toothpaste, toothbrush, candies, junk foods &etc.
