You'll be better of consulting the local tourism office about the requirements and you can also get info for current and future demands for a "Guided Tour" Operator, it would be also great if you learn or hire people who speaks Hangul, Nippongo and Mandarin(if that's the demand in your area.
Hello bro, I am also interested in this venture. I have already made some sort of research about this business. For tourist transport, your vehicle must be at least 6 months old, pwede sedan, mini bus, AUV or mini SUV and the like. An LTFRB franchise must be needed which will cost you 50k per unit. Minimum number of units is 3. Then you need to seek accreditation from DOT and DOTC. Pero like any other business, duna pud risk like, accidents, madaot ang vehicle, etc. Hope this would help.
I will be driving my cousin's latest toyota vios for part time probably we'll sign up for grab and aside from that we're also planning to venture for rent a car. Sayang man gud ma stambay lang. Any suggestion guys? Thanks
