one of the engineers gave the HR managers a demand letter and then the said HR managers said to give it back to the engineer and have it revised since they dont understand....imagine!!! can't they understand English now? I thought RA is a masscom student who was not able to work using her knowledge( if she learned from school?) obviously wala, kay she didnt understand the letter...ehehhehe.....The letter was already reviewed by the engineer's lawyer and yet the HR didnt understand it...They were only asked to ask for an apology to the engineer and close the case....unsa guy nakalisod ana sabton...Or they are just afraid of signing anything kay basin IKIHA nasad ang NCR CEbu sa DOLE for unfair labor practice and etc.
Hala! Karon pa ko kabalo ani dah, nakiha gyud diay ni sila? I'm an ex-ncr too and i'm now in one of the prestigious companies in IT consulting, it was a great experience to be once a "tuta" there. Nindot unta kaayo reputation ni nga company, one of the elites in retail industry both in the US and Europe as well as in the Asia Pac but because lang sa ila management, naamong tanan. Luoy kaayo ang mga biktima sa ila politics diha.
Anyway, nakagawas na man ko, maluoy lang ko sa mga kauban nako nga naa pa diha karon. POLITICS ruined it all!
