yes. Ang managing director sauna, nagfarming nalang. Nagkabuang karon ang mga tao kay BOGOK kaayo ila 2 ka HR managers. Hasta pagcompute sa sick leave and retirement dili kabalo. Dili gani kabalo sa labor laws. Looy kaayo usa ka tao karon diha tungod sa kabulok sa HR managers. Dili gani kahibaw mo interpret sa policy nila, unsaon kinapy raman gud to sa usa ka HR manager na si RA ang local policy gikan sa Lear. Naanad mangapy wala kasabot sa iyang gicopy. Dili gani kahibaw unsaon pagtubag sa mga tao about SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth. Dili kahibaw motubag about unsaon pagcompute sa employee income tax.. Maypa mga HR sa MEPZ kahibaw pa....Sila porya gaba 10 years na daw na HR pero wala gyud nahibaw an.. Looy lang ta... Bisan uban HR managers kataw an nalang na sya kay one time nag ask sya sa seminar about the importance of Notice to explain......toing...Kon matud pa sa ubang HR managers in other companies "Is she really an HR manager? Ang HR managers mismo naga una ug violate sa ila gaugalingon policy.. Ask the ex NCR and the current NCR people and its true.....pwera nalang tong mga bag o....Ang ila managing director kay tando tando lang sa ila HR managers...ehhehehe....unsaon foreigner man gud..

one of the engineers gave the HR managers a demand letter and then the said HR managers said to give it back to the engineer and have it revised since they dont understand....imagine!!! can't they understand English now? I thought RA is a masscom student who was not able to work using her knowledge( if she learned from school?) obviously wala, kay she didnt understand the letter...ehehhehe.....The letter was already reviewed by the engineer's lawyer and yet the HR didnt understand it...They were only asked to ask for an apology to the engineer and close the case....unsa guy nakalisod ana sabton...Or they are just afraid of signing anything kay basin IKIHA nasad ang NCR CEbu sa DOLE for unfair labor practice and etc.

Hala! Karon pa ko kabalo ani dah, nakiha gyud diay ni sila? I'm an ex-ncr too and i'm now in one of the prestigious companies in IT consulting, it was a great experience to be once a "tuta" there. Nindot unta kaayo reputation ni nga company, one of the elites in retail industry both in the US and Europe as well as in the Asia Pac but because lang sa ila management, naamong tanan. Luoy kaayo ang mga biktima sa ila politics diha.

Anyway, nakagawas na man ko, maluoy lang ko sa mga kauban nako nga naa pa diha karon. POLITICS ruined it all!
