INTERNAL CONTROL OFFICER
Job Responsibility:
To perform internal control functions which is the independent appraisal activity within the company and its subsidiary, for the the review of the accounting, financial, and other operations as a basis for protective and constructive service to management and helping to achieve its objectives by way of pinpointing areas of potential revenue improvement and cost reduction.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in accounting, finance, auditing or business management in a milling operations or manufacturing set up.
- A demonstrated knowledge of finance, accounting and internal controls.
- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented and ability to work and interpret figures and other financial information.
- Ability to address issues and effect change effectively.
- Experience in writing internal policies and procedures and process evaluation and documentation.
- Preferably a candidate is a resident of nearby area or willing to work and relocate in Medellin, Cebu
MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Job Responsibility
To plan, direct and monitor the operations of the Engineering Services Department, with the end view of achieving the most efficient cost productive and productive support department.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer.
- Must at least have experience in the field of profession. Preferably knowledgeable in sugar milling operations or manufacturing set-up.
- Knowledge of basic management concepts, and technique, computer literate and proficient in verbal and written communication.
- Must be flexible in any work shift schedule and sometimes weekends.
- Possesses high sense of professionalism and able to perform multi-tasking.
- Experience in Pollution Control is an added factor.
- Preferably a candidate is a resident from nearby area or willing to work and relocate in Medellin, Cebu.
BUDGET OFFICER
Job Responsibility:
A candidate is responsible for the Company’s Budgetary System and provides Management with timely information regarding status of the Company’s Financial Operation within a specified period as a guide in making financial decisions.
Qualifications:
- Preferably with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business and/or equivalent education.
- Preferably Supervisor or 3 Years and Up Experienced Employees specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Should be highly analytical, has strong attention to details and must be results-oriented
- Excellent time management, organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Preferably a candidate is a resident from nearby area or willing to work and relocate in Medellin, Cebu
- Available as soon as possible.
LABORATORY ANALYST/CADET ENGINEER
Job Responsibility:
A candidate is the responsible for the monitor and controls the proper operation and maintenance of all laboratory equipment’s machineries and analyzes different samples as to juices, molasses (high grade and final), bagasse, sugar boiler waters and/or any samples as requested in the department.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Chemical Engineer or Registered Chemist.
- Must at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the field is required for this position.
- Conversant in Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Result oriented and can handle work pressure well.
- Preferably a candidate is a resident from nearby area or willing to work and relocate in Medellin, Cebu.
AUTOMOTIVE MECHANIC/LEADMAN
Job Responsibility:
A candidate is the responsible for the proper maintenance of Auto equipment units and dispatching of units to requisitioning sections and/or Department and undertakes trouble shooting and repair of Auto equipment units.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course.
- Certified in Automotive Technology, Auto Mechanic or any related course.
- Minimum of one year practice in assessment on vehicle physical condition and basic mechanical condition.
- Computer literate.
- Preferably a candidate is a resident from nearby area or willing to work and relocate in Medellin, Cebu.
