    Mga professionals esp sa Real estate:

    unsa ma advised ninyo if a person nag rent og 3 Bedroom with @ T&B sa mandaue @ 15t a month.

    mas maau kuha nlng og H&L? pero mag lisod man sa DP.

    unsa inyo advise ani?
