LOOKING FOR:
✔3 AUTHORIZATION/ELIGIBILITY REPRESENTATIVES
*Facilitates and completes the authorization process with insurance companies and practitioner offices. Verifies patient insurance coverage, verifying patient insurance and process authorizations.
QUALIFICATIONS
*University/college level/HS graduates
*Must have Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
*Computer Literate
*Perseverance to learn new things
*Good probing, analysis, problem solving, decision making skills
*Open to work in Night shift
✔1 CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
* Answer incoming calls.
* Triage the call to meet the customer's request.
* Assists the customer with Physicians Answering Service requests.
* Assist with updating department scheduling when required.
* Provide Physician on call information to requesting individuals.
* Provide dialing instructions to patients when requested. Answer multiple lines while maintaining good customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS
*University/college level/HS graduates
*Must have Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
*Minimum 6 months of outbound/inbound calling experience in a call center
*Computer Literate
*Perseverance to learn new things
*Good probing, analysis, problem solving, decision making skills
*Open to work in Night shift
✔1 CLAIMS REPRESENTATIVE
* Duties of this position will include, verifying patient insurance, receives, evaluates claims and denials.
QUALIFICATIONS:
*University/college level
*English skills should be good (written and verbal)
*Minimum 6 months of outbound/inbound calling experience in a call center
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
*Good in Math
*Computer Literate
*Perseverance to learn new things
*Good probing, analysis, problem solving, decision making skills
*Open to work in Night shift
