unsa may naka pa bungol ani?
unsa may paagi pag transfer(paghatag) nimo cd o internet?
ang uban kay gi burn nako ug cd then ang uban kay akong gi transfer sa net using email.
maybe ang source bongol gyud daan. or was recorded or when you converted the audio files, in mono or very low bitrate.
there are different reasons for those stuff to happen.
1. follow guidelines for mp3 conversions nimo like bitrate and sampling frequency. as a guide, 128kbps at 44.1 khz is the lowest rate for "cd quality" audio. So if you're ripping audio cds and making them into mp3, you should consider this. Use quality codecs like lame and franhofer for the conversion, u can get that from the kl mega codec that supplies most audio and video conversion codecs.
2. One very important consideration is your own monitor speakers. This is the only hardware that can directly affect you. Whatever your speakers are, you have to "calibrate" them to your ears. This is done by playing a familiar piece of music from an original cd. and tweak your software controls so that the playback is at the optimum. Your music might be playing back with an equalizer effect that makes it sound bright when in reality, it is dull. A lot of shared downloaded mp3s are dull. Check the bitrates of the download files, again at least 128kbps @ 44.1. Some CD writing program have an audio optimizing tool, check if there are settings there that are functioning automatically everytime you burn. Ripping apps like audiograbber and winamp also have similar features so its better to turn them off. Dullness or brightness is basically an eq function however surround and reverb can affect dullness or brightness.
3. give me specifics about your audio procedures:
-do you rip from original cds? into what format and bitrate?
-what apps do you use to rip and write audio cds?
- Do you edit or tweak your audio files before writing? if so what apps do you use?
- do you apply noise reduction? or your apps might be doing that automatically?
- ripping apps that have a restoration function (vinyl) have that to suppress noise,
unfortunately it also makes the audio dull.
the only Hardware sa PC that can affect your writing is your monitors. It might give you the wrong impressions forcing you to edit the file. otherwise if you just rip/download and write, then its garbage in, garbage out basically
thanx for the info....
i usually set my ripper for 192 kbps @ 44.1khz.
i have set all equalizers to flat to isolate the problem
will it also affect the quality if i set the normalize volume on?
