***Wanted Female Real Estate Agent***

Hello mga Istoryans.

We need a Female Real Estate Agent (must be professional, kanang tarong og dili mangilad and sale experience a must) to facilitate the possible sale of a property (2 houses in 1 lot) situated at Tisa Labangon Cebu City.

The property is along the road, nig gawas nimo dalan nah. near schools like CIT, Science High, Tisa Public School etc.
Just a 5 minutes walk from Siomai sa Tisa, Braddex etc.

I got to mention that the property is still 50/50 for sale. Main reason is wala pami kita' og Real Estate Agent who is perfect for the job and who can pull the sale off. so another job requirement is, the Real Estate Agent should need to convince us why it is good to sell and let go of the property.

The property has a big potential especially for business ventures or developers. Pwede sad himoong boarding house for students, or pwede sad himoong kan-anan ky napuno' naman nag kan-anan ang Tisa'.
