    - BA/BIT Degree preferred.
    - Advanced level knowledge of Flash and ActionScript (AS2 and AS3) required; prefer 2-4 years production and troubleshooting experience; other programming languages/knowledge a plus.
    - Knowledge of HTML5 or JavaScript preferred.
    - Intermediate level knowledge of video encoding for the web.
    - Advanced level debugging/troubleshooting skills.
    - Strong communication skills required, both written & verbal.
    - Proficient at juggling multiple projects; being detail oriented and well organized.

    4. Creative Service Specialist
    - Highly technical in Action Script 2 & 3, Flash, HTML5, JavaScript and other popular rich application tools such as Photoshop.
    - Understands the technical aspects of online video.
    - Degree level education in IT, Multimedia or Computer Science.
    - Experience in the online advertising industry.
    - Able to master new technologies in short periods of time.
    - Able to manage multiple projects and clients at the same time.
    - Great attention to detail and highly administrative.

    5. Site Administrator / Property Management Officer

    - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil), Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
    - At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    - Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Others or equivalent.
    - Forms part of Inspectorate Team who oversees turnover of projects from the Construction Management Group and/or contractors.
    - Liases with homeowners regarding the following:
    - Turn-over of housing units / facilities to homeowners
    - Complaints / defects noted prior acceptance of units construction bonds, and inspection fees from homeowners prior turn-over or renovation.
    - Custody of keys for housing units for acceptance by homeowners
    - Explanation if rules and regulations to homeowners.
    - Coordinates with concerned agencies for the application of electricity, water and
    telephone lines by homeowners where applicable.
    - Initiates formation of homeowners’ association
    - Collects monthly subdivision maintenance dues or association dues;
    - Preparation of annual budget to serve as basis for association dues assessment
    - Timely collection of remittance of dues to PPVI cashier
    - Monitors all expansion and renovations works of homeowners;
    - Collects rental fees for subdivision amenities (if applicable) based on approved rates and turns over collection to PPPVI cashier
    - Ensure proper subdivision maintenance;
    - Provides sales support services;
    - Prepares reports required by the management;
    - Coordinates with government and funding agencies
    - Ensure that proper security measures are implemented within the subdivision;
    - Posting of guards
    - Proper identification / security passes for construction workers
    - Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
