Qualification:
a. Female or Male
b. 22- 30 years old
c. With good scholastic records
d. Knowledge in QMS, ISO 9001, 5S, IQA, QC Tools, and SPC is an advantage
e. Visionary and has strategic planning/supervisory/training skills
f. Can work well under pressure
g. With good communication and interpersonal relations skills
h. Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material and utilities
i. Performs root cause analysis
j. Has 6 months- 2 years experience as maintenance
k. Willing to work extended hours
