at first try it was difficult for me, i have difficulties performing this because at first try you need a lot of meditation and mental power to overcome your fears(fear of death,silver cord distortion,foreign soul possession-prone to OBE) but as you go through it from time to time you will learn that you have improved and you can perform it more quickly and a whole lot easier...i have learned these through Jerry Gross' teachings....improvements include the developing of spherical vision and the materialization of what you think,in other words the power of imagination is the most essential tool to achieve what you want to do and what you want to exist and to cease to exist.

In astral projection you should not think of fear and death.In the astral plane you are safe because you are an astral body which is immortal against existing physical matter and everything which exists in the material plane.

MY VISIONS:
-i am using the Monroe method which is the easiest one,before my soul flight i will see orbs and these orbs indicate numbers.Each number you need to be prepared and with a specific signal i rise and turn to see my physical body,this OBE needs a heavy practice of meditation
-as i arrive the astral plane i saw things that were not existing in the material plane and the laws of physics do not apply so it means that i can fly,stay afloat,and run faster than a bullet---because this is how i think of it,so it varies on your imagination and your way of thinking
-i also saw souls of those who passed away and i have the ability to talk with them and spiritual instructors who would guide me in my way,i also knew that astral projection can help me tap into the universal mind but i didn't attempt to do so and astral projection can not let us develop clairvoyance or a glimpse from the future.

Astral projection depends on how you make it.It does not really mean that you traveled around places but it occurs deep within our minds.
